Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
